On May 1st this year, Seneca Allegany Casino and Hotel (SAC&H) became 5 years old. There have been ceremonies to commemorate this moment.  Chairman of the Seneca Gaming Corporation (SCG) Board of Directors, Cochise Redeye, told that this year’s Board’s reform agenda will focus on two main initiatives. The company has 4 000 employees and the initiatives concerns directly them. We are talking about the employee grievance policy and an employee bonus policy.

SGC’s chief operating officer and acting principal executive officer, Catherine Walker, opened the celebrations and welcomed all employees, members of the SNI (Seneca Nation of Indians) and attending officials.
Barry E. Snyder, the SNI president, thanked o all the employees for working hard and bringing the company where it is now. It’s also thanks to them that the Nation has such a great impact on the Western NY region.

Cochise Redeye, who has been elected chairman recently, expressed his pleasure and gratitude to all SGC employees and he explained that that’s the reason why he wants to improve the employee culture, to do in return something for them.
